Started in 2016, Starry Ink was founded by five university students from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology. They offer a wide range of inks in several series and styles (most come with shimmer packets and some with aroma vials to add if you choose.) They also custom make inks in any quantity. In late 2024, they will launch a new website with international shipping for purchases. On social media, they are on Instagram @starryink_official and at www.weibo.com/starryink. The Cold Brew series won a 2024 Good Design Award from the Japan Institute of Design Promotion for its 100% plant-based inks.
